We achieve this with the guidance of professional coaches and carefully designed, age-specific technical programs developed over many years. Future Football strives to develop creative, confident complete players, while also teaching the essential life skills of sportsmanship, positive attitude and respect.

He then moved to Melbourne in to run Proactive Sports Management Australia and later founded Fun Football School Australia. Jesper was also an Assistant Coach for Melbourne Heart (now Melbourne City FC) in the 2010/2011 season. As a founding partner of Future Sports Management Group, Jesper has designed and oversees the coaching programs of Future Football. John Stewart

John grew up in Northern Ireland and has been coaching for over 17 years having commenced his coaching career at the age of 16 at the Tommy Jackson Soccer School. His early training by Tommy Jackson - a former Man Utd, Everton and Northern Ireland player – ignited a passion for youth development and he quickly moved up the ladder to become a senior coach for TW Sports Academy and SportOpps coaching children of all ages across Northern Ireland. After gaining his UEFA B Licence in 2003, John moved to the USA with Camp America and ran the soccer camp program based in Ohio. In 2005 he joined the New York Red Bulls Academy as Head Coach and Player Development Officer. In this role John was responsible for running holiday camps and was one of 4 coaches that developed and ran the first Elite Player Development Program for New York Red Bulls which became one of the most successful academy development programs in America.
